Cornerstone Living Church is under the supreme authority of Jesus Christ and under the general and spiritual supervision of a President.
More practically, the Cornerstone Living Church is led by a Spiritual Council and a Board of Directors. |

The Spiritual Council is responsible for all the spiritual aspects of the church and of the church members. It also designs the policy of the church and oversees the whole church. It is responsible for the respect of the vision of the church as well as the sound doctrine of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
The Board of Directors of Cornerstone Living Church is responsible for all the administrative, material and financial issues of the Church, as well as the human resources.
Besides the Spiritual Council and the Board of Directors, there are also the Council of Discipline and the Extended Council, which meet whenever need arises to deal with specific matters. |
